The purpose of this thesis is to investigate medical-technical solutions and how theseelectronic processes can be used by patients suffering from anxiety syndromes and difficultanxiety attacks.

By building a prototype that includes an Android application with a connection to anArduino and an e-Health shield with associated sensors, we aim to take necessarymeasurements directly from the patient in real-time. With sensors capable of performingreal-time measurements, the application can detect an existing anxiety attack and help thepatient through the attack or, in some cases, interrupt it completely if detected early.

By using the application, we aim to provide users with a completely new tool to manage andendure anxiety attacks.
