Abstract [en]

The thesis analyzes how adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) understand the connection between vocational training and employment possibilities. The thesis explores how the length of training programs, organizational involvement, and choice of educational methods shape how individuals with ASD perceive their readiness for employment. This thesis analyzes 50 survey answers alongside nine interview responses to extract essential aspects of training success alongside workplace adjustment.
