Åtgärdsprogram i förskolan?: Specialpedagogers motstånd och alternativ

Abstract [sv]

Artikeln syftar till att rikta ljuset mot användningen av åtgärdsprogram inom förskolan så som det i tal och text beskrivs under ett nätverksmöte med specialpedagoger i förskolan inom en kommun. Följande frågeformuleringar fokuseras: Vilka uttryck ger specialpedagogerna för brukandet av åtgärdsprogram? I vilken utsträckning skriver specialpedagogerna och förskolorna åtgärdsprogram? Hur beskriver specialpedagogerna att åtgärdsprogram skrivs? Resultatet visar att åtgärdsprogram är förekommande, men inte som en första åtgärd. Åtgärdsprogrammen skrivs av avdelningspersonal alternativt avdelningspersonal i samråd med rektor och specialpedagog. I liten utsträckning involveras föräldrar. Specialpedagogerna uttrycker osäkerhet och motstånd runt åtgärdsprogrammets användbarhet och har istället upprättat ett dokument som kallas handlingsplan. Handlingsplanen uppvisar dock stora likheter med åtgärdsprogrammet.

Abstract [en]

The article aims to elucidate the use of assessment plans in preschool, as described in writing and at a networking meeting of special educators in the municipal preschool. The research questions are as follows: How do special educators describe the use of assessment plans? To what extent do special educators and preschools formulate assessment plans? How do special educators describe the process of formulating assessment plans? The results show that assessment plans are used, but not as a first measure. Assessment plans are written by the preschool staff, or by the preschool staff together with the principal and the special educator. Parents are involved to a limited extent. Special educators express uncertainty about the feasibility of the assessment plan, as well as resistance toward it. Instead, they have formulated a document called an action plan. However, the action plan shares many similarities with the assessment plan.
