Abstract [en]

As VR makes one technological leap after another, many have started wondering if this technology can be incorporated in training procedures to  supplement traditional training. However, the problem of incorporating VR technology intro training procedures is often more difficult than one may realize. This thesis aims to provide clarity on how to take advantage of VR technology in soft skill training, in a police training context, and concludes that it is indeed possible to apply VR technology to soft skill training in a way that supplements traditional means of training.
