Titel: Personalen kommer till tals.Ämne/Kurs: Ledarskap och organisation - Kandidatuppsats, 15 HPFörfattare: Aya Almasri & Abdallah MuhialdeenHandledare: Jonas LundstenNyckelord: Inkludering, exludering, kommunikation, dold makt, synlig makt.Syfte: Forskningen undersöker hur kommunikation påverkar inkludering och exkludering på enmångfaldig arbetsplats.Frågeställning: Hur upplevs kommunikationens påverkan på inkludering och exkludering iorganisationen utifrån medarbetarperspektiv?Metod: Forskningen är baserad på en kvalitativ studie med en pusselbitansats där 13 personer harintervjuats. Det insamlade empiriska materialet består av vetenskapliga artiklar och litteratur.Teoretiskt ramverk: Forskningen använder Michel Foucaults teorier om makt och diskurs för attanalysera dold makt, French och Ravens teori om synliga maktformer, samt social identitetsteoriför att förstå hur gruppidentiteter påverkar inkludering och exkludering.Slutsats: Resultaten visar behovet av att förstå både synliga och osynliga maktstrukturer för attskapa en mer inkluderande arbetsmiljö. Kritisk granskning och normbrytande åtgärder ärnödvändiga för att främja rättvisa och lika möjligheter.

Title: The Staff Speak OutSubject/Course: Leadership and Organization - Bachelor's Thesis, 15 HPAuthors: Aya Almasri & Abdallah MuhialdeenSupervisor: Jonas LundstenKeywords: Inclusion, Exclusion, Communication, Hidden Power, Visible Power.Purpose: The research investigates how experienced communication affects inclusion andexclusion in a diverse workplace.Research question: How is the impact of communication on inclusion and exclusion perceivedfrom the employee perspective within the organization?Method: The research is based on a qualitative study using a puzzle-piece approach, where 13individuals were interviewed. The collected empirical material consists of scientific articles andliterature.Theoretical framework: The research uses Michel Foucault’s theories on power and discourse toanalyze hidden power, French and Raven’s theory on visible forms of power and social identitytheory to understand how group identities influence inclusion and exclusion.Conclusion: The results highlight the need to understand both visible and invisible powerstructures to create a more inclusive work environment, Critical examination and norm breakingactions are necessary to promote justice and equal opportunities.
