Syfte: Syftet med föreliggande studie var att utveckla intervjufrågor utformade utifrån ettpatientperspektiv för att utvärdera patientens upplevelse av helprotes som tillverkats med olikaframställningstekniker.

Material och Metod: Tio frågor formulerades som enligt författarnas erfarenhet bedömdes vara lämpliga förtandläkare att ställa till patienter för att utvärdera upplevelsen av helprotes. Frågorna användes ien enkätundersökning för att utvärdera frågorna och den gjordes via Google forms, där en skalapå 1 till 5 (1=lägst och 5=högst) angav frågans relevans. För varje fråga hade deltagarna somutvärderade frågorna möjlighet att motivera/kommentera om så önskades. Därefter fick fyraspecialisttandläkare inom oral protetik från Odontologiska fakulteten, Malmö, inbjudan att deltai enkätundersökningen i syfte att utvärdera dessa frågor och ge återkoppling kring hur de kundeförbättras. Specialisttandläkarnas kontaktuppgifter erhölls via universitetets webbplats och dekontaktades via e-post. Specialisttandläkarna ombads att bedöma frågornas relevans ochanvändbarhet ur ett patientperspektiv samt att ge förslag på eventuella förbättringar.

Resultat: Samtliga fyra specialisttandläkare återkopplade med sina synpunkter. Utifrånspecialisttandläkarnas återkoppling reviderades fem av frågorna, tre frågor uteslöts, och tvåfrågor behölls oförändrade. Slutligen identifierades sju frågor som lämpliga för potentiellaframtida intervjuer.

Slutsats: Intervjufrågor med potential att kunna utvärdera och förstå patientens upplevelse som helprotesbärarehar utvecklats. De kan adressera framtida patienters behov vid användning av helproteser som tillverkatsmed olika framställningstekniker.

Purpose: The study aimed to develop interview questions from a patient perspective to evaluateexperiences with complete dentures produced using different manufacturing techniques.

Material and Method: Ten questions were formulated based on the authors' experience for dentists to ask patients toevaluate the experience of complete dentures. These were included in a Google Forms survey toevaluate the questions, using a 1 to 5 scale (1= low and 5= high) to rate the relevance of thequestions. Each question could be adjusted or commented on.Four specialists in oral prosthetics from the Faculty of Odontology in Malmö were invited toparticipate in the evaluation with the aim to evaluate and improve these questions. Contactinformation was obtained from the university’s website, and the specialists were emailed. Thespecialists was asked to assess the questions' relevance and usefulness from a patientperspective and suggest improvements.

Results: All four specialist dentists provided feedback with their opinions. Based on the feedback fromthe specialist dentists, five questions were revised, three questions were excluded, and twoquestions remained unchanged. Ultimately, seven questions were identified as suitable forpotential future interviews.

Conclusion: Interview questions with the potential to evaluate and understand the patient's experience as afull denture wearer have been developed. They can address the needs of future patients usingfull dentures manufactured with different production techniques.
