Abstract [sv]

Denna uppsats presenterar intervjuer av sju skolledare och sju fritidspedagoger i Malmö stad 2008-2009 kring deras syn på fritidspedagogers arbete i skolan. Deras svar är kategoriserade efter syn på fritidspedagogens kompetenser, beskrivningar av fritidspedagogernas arbete idag på deras skolor, visioner kring framtiden för fritidspedagoger, deras syn på arbetsvillkoren för fritidspedagoger.
