Abstract [sv]

Syfte med denna studie var att få kunskap om hur och på vilka sätt sjuksköterskans ledarskap beskrivs samt hur det kan utvecklas och stärkas. Teoretisk inspiration har hämtats från Cook (2001) som har utvecklat en modell för sjuksköterskans ledarskap. Metoden var en litteraturstudie och bygger på nio vetenskapliga artiklar med kvalitativ ansats. Resultatet visar att uppmärksamhet, värde och kunskap är centralt i sjuksköterskans ledarskap.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this study was to reach knowledge about how and in which ways nursing leadership is described and how it can be developed and strengthened. Theoretical inspiration was drawn from Cook (2001) who has developed a framework for nursing leadership. The method was a literature review and includes nine scientific articles with qualitative approach. The result shows that perception, value and knowledge are important in nurse leadership.
