Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att granska vetenskaplig litteratur med avsikt att undersöka vilka riskfaktorer som leder till utbrändhet bland sjuksköterskor samt hur dessa kan förebyggas.

The aim of this literature review is to scrutinize available scientific literature in order to examine the risk factors associated with burnout among nursers and how these can be prevented. It's important to identify risk factors associated with this syndrome in order to get insight and seek for help as an individual but also to be able to prevent it as organisation.
