Avsikten med föreliggande studie är att undersöka vilken mening tillskriver BiFF-gruppledare BiFF-utvärderingen? BiFF-Barn i Föräldrars Fokus är en utbildning för föräldrar som befinner sig i någon form utav familjerättslig konflikt. BiFF-utbildningen är även en del av ett samverkansprojekt mellan olika instanser inom socialt arbete, i denna studie familjerätten samt socialtjänsten. Utbildningen sker på frivillig basis och har sitt huvudfokus på vad jag som förälder kan göra för att underlätta för mitt barn. Det föll oss i intresse att undersöka utvärdering då vi genom respektive kandidatterminer kommit i kontakt med flertalet utvärderingar som upplevdes att vara utan något uttalat syfte. Valet föll på BiFF då det redan fanns en ingång till potentiella informanter som arbetade inom samma område med likvärdiga arbetsuppgifter. För att få en inblick i vilket syfte som BiFF-utvärdering tillskrivs av professionella BiFF-gruppledare har forskningsprocessen utförts genom tio kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer av socialarbetare och familjerättssekreterare verksamma i södra Sverige. Studien visar att det råder en viss otydlighet till varför man egentligen utvärderar BiFF-utbildningen. Några BiFF-gruppledare ansåg att det fanns ett visst syfte i att bevisa för respektive organisations ledning att intentionerna med BiFF-utbildningen ger resultat. Samtidigt som andra BiFF-gruppledare menade att utvärderingen kunde i den professionella rollen dedikeras ett visst personligt värde. Forskningsprocessen visar följaktligen resultat på att det inte råder en konsensus till specificerat syfte till varför man utvärderar. Vidare har kodningen av insamlad empiri utförts genom en öppen induktiv ansats, vilket har genererat tre teman, organisation, legitimitet och artighet. Genom det mest framträdande temat artighet visar det sig att det sociala samspelet i BiFF-gruppkonstellationen är av stor vikt då artighet kan vara en möjlig anledning till varför deltagarna svarar si eller så på BiFF-utvärderingarna. Således anser vi att betydelsen av socialiseringsprocessen vid utförande av utvärderingar är av intresse att undersökas vidare. Malmö University: Faculty of health and society, Department of social work, 2018. The purpose of this study is to investigate what meaning BiFF-group leader assigns to the BiFF-evaluation? BiFF, Children in Parents Focus is an education for parents who are in some form of family conflict. The BiFF-education is also a part of a collaborative project between different organs within social work, in this study fam¬ily law and social services. The education is voluntary and focuses on what I can do as a parent to put the conflict aside and bring the main focus back to my child. We fell in the interest of studying evaluations when we had been in contact with the majority of evaluations, which were perceived to be without a particular pur¬pose, thorough the respective candidate terms. The election fell to BiFF as there was already an entrance to potential informants working in the same area with equivalent tasks. To gain an insight into the purpose of BiFF evaluation attributed by professional BiFF group leaders, the research process has been conducted through ten qualitative semi structured interviews of social workers and family law secretaries working in southern Sweden. The study shows that there is some uncer¬tainty about why you actually evaluate the BiFF-education. Some BiFF group lead¬ers felt that there was an certain purpose in proving for the management of each organization that the intentions of BiFF education yield results. At the same time as other BiFF group leaders believed that the evaluation could be dedicated to the professional role of a certain personal value. Consequently the research process shows results that there is no consensus for the specified purpose of evaluating. Furthermore, the coding of collected empirical work has been conducted through an open inductive approach, which has generated three themes, organization, legitimacy and politeness. By the most prominent theme, politeness, it appears that the social interaction in the BiFF group constellation is of great importance, since politeness may be a possible reason why participants respond the way they do at the BiFF-evaluations. Thus, we consider that the significance of the socialization process in carrying out evaluations is of interest to be investigated further on.
