Abstract [sv]

Syftet med föreliggande studie var att få ökade kunskaper om hur sjuksköterskan ser på sin roll att handleda sjuksköterskestudenter. För att få det ställdes följande frågor: Hur känner sjuksköterskan inför att handleda sjuksköterskestudenter? Hur går sjuksköterskan tillväga då hon handleder? Hur ser sjuksköterskan på handledarrollen? Studien är empirisk och utfördes genom kvalitativa intervjuer med sex legitimerade sjuksköterskor på en vårdavdelning.

Abstract [en]

The purpose of this study was to gain further knowledge in what way the nurse interprets her part in supervising student nurses. To get the knowledge following questions were asked: How does the nurse feel about supervising student nurses? How does the nurse act when she is supervising? In what way does the nurse interpret her part in supervising? The study is empirical and was carried out through qualitative interviews with six professional nurses on a ward.
