Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

The aim of this paper is to highlight the importance of a gendered approach on an asylum law. By using the feminist science theory on the law I will point out that the standars and laws are written in a manly perspectiv. This leads us to forget about women and not asking the women question. By asking the women question I will highlight the points where the women are discriminated. It is of high value that we dicuss the experiences women have in an asylumprocess and their refugee struggles.
