Syftet ska uppnås genom att via intervjuer och observationer med medarbetare på byrån granska kommunikationsbyråns nuvarande processer och rutiner samt analysera dessa med stöd av relevant teori. Detta ska göras genom att besvara en frågeställning: På vilket sätt kan kommunikationsbyrån Konovalenko arbeta mer systematiskt med sitt kvalitetsarbete? Slutsatsen av rapporten är att Konovalenko skulle kunna arbeta mer metodiskt med systematiskt kvalitetssäkring, vilket skulle innebära ett mer kontrollerat och effektivt arbetssätt på byrån.

Konovalenko is a communication-firm, with its operation based in central Malmö. The firm does not work systematically with quality-work or improvement of their processes, but are curious of what benefits the company could receive from that kind of work. The conclusion of the report is that Konovalenko could work more methodical to systematically securing their quality, which would facilitate a more controlled and efficient working-situation for the co-workers at the firm.
